1. Scope of Services

The Company shall provide cleaning services as agreed in the quotation, work order, proposal, or service agreement accepted by the Client.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in / move-out cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Sanitization and disinfection services

Any services outside the agreed scope shall be billed separately.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are based on the information provided by the Client.
  • If actual site conditions differ materially from those disclosed, the Company reserves the right to revise pricing.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment shall be made according to the invoice issued by the Company.
• For one-time services, payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• For contract services, invoices shall be payable within [7/15/30] days.
• GST shall be charged at applicable rates under Indian law.
• Late payments may attract interest at [1.5%–2%] per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

4. Advance Payments

The Company may require an advance payment before commencing services.
Failure to pay the required advance may result in cancellation or postponement of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:
• Provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
• Ensure the availability of electricity and water.
• Secure valuables, cash, jewelry, confidential documents, and fragile items.
• Inform the Company of any hazardous materials or unsafe conditions.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the service fee.
• If the cleaning team arrives and cannot access the premises, a visit charge may apply.

7. Service Quality and Complaints

• Any complaints regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• The Company shall be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue.
• Refunds, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company after investigation.

8. Damage Policy

  • The Company shall exercise reasonable care while providing services.
  • Any claim for damage must be reported within 24 hours.
  • The Company shall not be liable for:
  • Existing damage or defects.
  • Wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by poor maintenance or faulty fixtures.
    Loss of unsecured valuables.
    The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service.

9. Health and Safety

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where:
• Hazardous substances are present.
• Conditions are unsafe for employees.
• The Client or occupants engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct.

10. Chemicals and Equipment

• The Company may use professional-grade cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• The Client shall inform the Company of any known allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions.
• The Company shall not be liable for reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:
• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Fires
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Power outages
• Pandemics

12. Confidentiality

The Company shall maintain confidentiality regarding any information obtained while performing services and shall not disclose such information except as required by law.

13. Non-Solicitation of Employees

The Client agrees not to directly employ, engage, or solicit the Company’s employees or contractors for a period of 12 months following the completion of services without written consent from the Company.

14. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for:
• Indirect losses
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Consequential damages
The Company’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].

16. Acceptance

By booking, accepting a quotation, making payment, or allowing the Company to commence services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
